Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within 30 days after the delivery date.
To qualify for a return, products must:
- Be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
- Have all original tags attached.
- Be returned in their original packaging whenever possible.
Items That Cannot Be Returned

- Gift cards.
- Customized or personalized apparel.
- Products showing signs of wear, washing, or damage caused after delivery.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued using the original payment method within 4–8 business days after the returned merchandise has been inspected.
